Human Relationships & Friction Theory

When two surfaces move against each other, they experience “friction”, a function of surface roughness(R) & hardness(H). Harder surfaces eat up into softer ones. If both are hard & rough, movement will be difficult or impossible. Let’s map above into Human relationships e.g. marriage, friendship, business etc. H is personality strength & R is its features. Contact & Friction type is analogous to relationship type (coherent, harmony, conflicts, bossing etc). At early stages, there may be differences which mimic initial surface movement (when friction peaks),then progressing (the two surfaces moving against each other). If R & H values fall within acceptable limits & of of certain type, they will reshape each other until they are fully matching, which is analogous to positive effects; mutual understanding & harmony. In moving parts, we use lubrication to reduce friction, while in human, we use other types of catalysts to reduce friction & help the relationship e.g. counseling, dialogue, training, conflicts resolution etc.
Above is an example of the “Universal Laws”, governing this universe, where every thing follow same “Universal Models”.
