Human Model Theory & Impact on Business Performance

In my book, Human Model, I addressed the impact of Human behavior, which is highly affected by technology evolution, on business, work and performance as the interaction within work environment and socially is highly linked to human behavior which is in turn highly affected by new technologies. The book explained how to use prevailing science and industrial knowledge & theories in analyzing, understanding and modeling human behavior in a more robust and quantitative way using well established science and theories which are untapped by sociologists and psychologists. Human performance is affected by many factors related to knowledge, experience, interaction with others, management and genetic factors. To understand this complex human system, there is need to break it into interrelated & integrated components, then try to analyze, understand and model these using established modeling theories. Human and social systems are complex, heterogenous, integrated and non linear, hence need special approach to deal with. The randomness in these systems adds new dimension & challenge.
Feedback theory was used and explained in the book and here in previous articles, on how can be used to improve management and leadership in business, flash mob theory in team building and in mass management, resonance theory in motivation etc.
